A fully air conditioned, 3 bedroom family home, ‘Villa Tortuga’ was recently completed and has its own private screened pool with heated spa overlooking the 4th fairway of Long Marsh Golf Course.

The great room extends to the Kitchen and Breakfast ‘nook’ with seating for 4 plus 2 bar stools and has views over the pool and spa and on to the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large 2-door fridge freezer (including ice dispenser), a large range cooker with microwave above and of course a dish washer. Kitchen cupboards have plenty of crockery and cooking utensils, plus pots and pans. This leads on to the Laundry area with large capacity washing machine and separate dryer. Also there, are the ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The Master bedroom which overlooks the golf course, has a King size bed, satellite TV and Radio/Alarm clock and with a walk-in dressing room. The en-suite has twin vanity units, a hair dryer and a large walk-in ‘Roman shower’. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, built-in cupboards and drawer units. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, built-in cupboards and drawer units. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the Bathroom which has bath/shower and basin vanity unit.

Pool and outside area: The screened pool has a paved deck with sun loungers and the covered paved Lanai (patio) area has a Bar-B-Q plus a table and 6 chairs. Pool heat may possibly be required during the winter months, typically November to April, and a charge will be made for this if requested. One other point concerning the pool, of particular interest to parents with small children unable to swim, a baby barrier is installed. This complies with the Florida pool code.

House rules and policies: No smoking. No pets. Our rates include water, electricity (note: as previously mentioned, pool heat is not included), satellite TV and unlimited (Continental) US phone calls plus internet wireless broadband. There is a £50 / $100 additional fee for final clean and BBQ usage which includes a replacement tank of gas if required. Cleaning of the Bar-B-Q is the renters responsibility. Failure to properly clean this will result in a £25 deduction from the security deposit.
